Due to the chemical classification and legal handling restrictions of our products, we do not accept returns unless one of the following applies:

  • Incorrect product delivered (does not match your order or invoice)
  • Documented defect in purity, volume, or labeling
  • Customs return due to documentation error on our part

🛑 Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, or customs-related issues outside of our control.

💰 Refund Policy

If a return is accepted under the conditions listed above:

  • Free reshipment of the correct item

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. No requests will be accepted after this window due to the perishable and regulated nature of chemical products.

  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

If eligible, you will receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC). No returns will be accepted without an RAC.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used chemical containers
  • Items without original tamper-evident packaging
  • Orders that have passed 7 days from delivery
  • Products flagged by customs in your country (unless our documentation is at fault)
  • Cryptocurrency orders (non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect)
